  Booked my dog in for 10.30 , rang them at 9am told them I was running late so girl booked me in at 11.30 ,so I turned up at 11 am girl said your early ( no other dogs being groomed or in crates) I was trying not to be late , well you can’t come early!!! Really rude , well there’s no other dogs here I thought ( jobs worth) any way left my dog to be groomed, she rang me at 12.10 and said your dogs ready, so drove down from welwyn got there at 12.30 , she said your late ,you only get 15 mins to pick them up , really obnoxious, I’ve got to charge you a late fee , so I paid £42 to have a tiny Yorkshire terrier (groomed not very good I might add), I wouldn’t mind if they were busy but it was empty no a dog in sight and now I know why, rude staff, (one) overcharged and grooming not great . So they won’t be seeing me again. Avoid this place terrible service,rude groomer !!!!

  Took my long hair German Shep for a bath and brush for £15 !! he never got a bath at all just brushed down ? and spray with water to leave a damp patch to look like he been bathed ? i even gave a tip of £5 my sister booked in her dog but will now Cancel the booking ? dont bother just being honest
