  doctors are brill at this surgery the problem is the reception waited in line for receptionist at least 10 people in front of me with one member of staff on reception yet 4 diffrent people came out of the back room yet all they did was chat to each other ordered a prescription on monday was told it would be ready thursday morning left it till friday went to collect it and the receptionist said she knew nothing about it and was i sure i ordered it in the first place 20 minutes later theyed found it only to be told that the dr hadnt signed it yet and i would have to come back after 5.30 if this was a one of i would just let it pass yet im sorry to say this is not the case my husband was told the dr wanted to see him by a certain date but trying to get an appointment is a joke was told we would have to phone up at 8 .30 the next day but phone was always engaged by the time we got though all the appointments were gone so tryed again the next 3 days same thing so i thought if i walk down and get there when it opens i would get one NO the line outside was massive seems everyone had the same idea as me got half way down the line and was told all appointments had gone this surgery needs to train there staff alot better
