  Worst dentist experience ever - and not because it hurt I had to go to the dentist for my retainer (that wire you get behind your teeth after braces), because it got loose. I called this dentist and they said if they would only have to glue it it would be 19,70 pounds. If they needed to replace the wire they would charge me 53. So I got there yesterday and had to pay 19,70 before the treatment. Then the dentist did the treatment, which was just glueing, they didn't have to replace the wire. They used way too much glue, which I said a few times. After each time the dentist scraped some off and asked me if it felt better again, until at one point they said if they would scrape more off it would be to fragile and the retainer would get loose again, even though it still felt like I had too much glue in there, but ok... Besides that, they put glue over the full retainer, instead of just glueing dots in the middle of your teeth, which all my other dentist used to do so there is still space with no glue between your teeth to keep it clean easier. Together with the thick glue this feels really weird in my mouth right now. Next to that, they kept offering me other things like xray scans and full checks and stuff. Worst of all; when I got out they told me I had to pay 34 pounds more! So I said what they told me on the phone and that the dentist didn't say anything about extra costs, but I still had to pay. They were really rude from the moment I said that they told me something different on the phone. Bottomline: I will never, ever, go back here. I'm writing this review to warn others not to go here because you pay a lot for a bad treatment.
